Pier Arts Centre Exhibition

We have engaged a local Orkney company, Orcadia Design, to build our website which will incorporate an on-line shop. The initial meeting to discuss our requirements went well and work will be starting soon.

We continue to build stock for the gallery in the form of A4 mounted prints, notelets and embroidered greetings cards.

The Stromness-based Pier Arts Centre is running its Annual Open Exhibition from 24^th November to 29^th December and we have entered a mix of canvas prints and embroidered wall art.

About a year ago, we were asked if we would be willing to present to the Birsay branch of the SWI in December 2019 to talk about our photographic trips. We have spent quite a lot of time sorting and sifting images and will continue to tweak our proposed narrative, probably up until the night before!
