Open Doors and Crashing Waves

Aries Gallery on Netherbrough Road, Harray. KW17 2JR is open from 1st April until 31st October 2022 and we welcome visitors to come and view our gallery wrap canvases and mounted prints of scenes from Orkney and around the world – all produced to Giclee quality – as well as our embroidered items ranging from free-standing lace to soft furnishings. Bespoke orders are welcome.

Our opening times are 10am – 4pm Tuesday – Friday and the first Sunday of each month 10am – 4pm. Other times by appointment. Please call Alan on 07941 608603 or Norah on 07770 614399 to make an appointment.

As always, we are also open for on-line sales, and we will be adding new product lines to both photography and embroidery.

Orkney.com is currently featuring new or innovative products from Orkney makers including our custom guitar/cittern straps. We have now added green webbing and tan leather end pieces to our existing black and red webbing and black and red leather end pieces.

There have been some great photo opportunities over the winter – Orkney’s waves can be quite dramatic.

It’s still s bit chill up here and we have plenty of fleece scarves and ski hats –embroidered with various designs including the stunning golden dragon.
