Description
St Kilda was once the base for a thriving community, most of whom lived in the now-ruined traditional coastal village on the island of Hirta. The village was abandoned in 1930 because the lives of the villagers had become unsustainable. They left behind a plate of oats and an open Bible in each cottage before boarding the evacuation ship Harebell.

Papers and canvases used are micro-porous PE resin coated and the inks used are HP Vivera or Canon Lucia resin encapsulated pigment inks which gives excellent light fastness, and we use PH neutral mounting tape for all our mounted prints. See more information.

All UK orders up to the value of £95.00 are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class service and delivery takes 2 to 5 days. Hermes Courier shipping for all orders over £95.00 takes 3 to 5 days to be delivered.
Prices:
- Orders up to £50.00 = £4.95 (2.95 shipping + 2.00 packaging and handling)
- £50.00 – £95.00 = £8.05 (5.05 shipping + 3.00 packaging and handling)
- Over £95.00 = £10.09 (6.59 shipping + 3.50 packaging and handling)
- Small items, such as bookmarks, will be sent second class letter = £0.65 or large letter post = £0.88 – this is shown at checkout
